Suzanne Perry has spent the majority of her career in a variety of industries from retail, manufacturing, education, real estate, and customer service, to human services, all while gaining knowledge in areas such as loan signing, human services, payroll, human resources, benefits, background screenings, and customer service along with mastering a variety of different software. With over 30 years of combined experience, Ms. Perry has a Master's in Business Administration and Project Management, she is a Certified Quality Management and Investigator with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Office of Development Program (ODP), Certified Field Inspector, Notary Public, eNotary, Loan Signing Agent having certifications with National Notary Association, Loan Signing System, and Pavaso. She is also a member of the American Payroll Association (APA), National Notary Association (NNA), and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Ms. Perry has an excellent reputation for being highly professional, trustworthy, resolving problems, and she offers exceptional customer service. She works with her team to provide the same superior services to you. Carol Taylor is no stranger to the human services, real estate, mortgage, and loan servicing industries, where she has more than twenty years of management experience. Having spent eight years as an office manager for a Mortgage Brokerage company and three years as a loan officer, where paying attention to details and adhering to the banking rules and regulations was imperative. She has over 10 years of management in human services. 


Before joining PLOMC in 2018, Ms. Taylor worked for over 18 years for a diverse range of organizations, including small business startups; large corporations; the private sector; non-profits, and government agencies.


Ms. Taylor is a team player who always goes “above and beyond” to get the job done. She takes on roles outside of her normal job duties and often provides support to others. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. She is an inducted member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is a Notary Public, a Loan Signing Agent, and a Remote Online Notary, with certifications from the National Notary Association, as well as a Certified Field Inspector.

Kathy Thompson-Hodge is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She has spent the majority of her career in customer service, Banking, Management, and Health Care fields. Ms. Thompson-Hodge is a Licensed Nurse, Wellness Coach, Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent, and Remote Online Notary with certifications from National Notary Association. 

 

Ms. Thompson-Hodge has over twenty-three years of combined experience in the above-mentioned fields and has developed her passion for health and wellness, along with loan servicing. Her excellent communication skills, great customer service attitude, time management, and organizational skills along with her work ethic, make her a great addition to our team, as she prides herself on the ability to work well in diverse environments as well as being a people person.  She joined the PLOMC family in 2019 as an Administrator, Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent, and Certified Field Inspector.
